Have stayed here twice. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Several rooms have linoleum floors. It's a great place to stop if you are traveling with dogs.
Awesome!! Nice rooms, very clean, simple. Breakfast should have a bit more oomph to it but at least they have one. Id have to nit pick to find something truly wrong so I give them 5 stars.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. Arrived after a long travel day we arrived for check in. Woman working the front desk was unprofessional and was talking to someone else about personal matters as I was checking in. Got to our room and unloaded everything. Upon further inspection we noticed really dirty sheets on one of the beds. Black specs all over the bedding and pillows and dirt on the fitted sheet. We could deal with the cobwebs in the corners, old showers, and dust all over the phone and lamps but not dirty sheets. Called down to the front desk and explained our dirty sheets and asked for them to be replaced. The lady at the front desk responded with "let me get ahold of the maid if she is still here and I'll ask her if she will be willing to change it." I promptly stated it's not an "if she's willing to do it" option...the sheets are dirty! Almost an hour later no one showed up. Called back down and the front desk said the maid said she would NOT come change the sheets (????) and that she (the woman at the front desk) would bring new linens down now. I offered to switch rooms and she said no it's fine I'll bring them. 30 more minutes goes by and no one shows up. We went down to the front desk and spoke to her. She had no intention of bringing them and said we would have to wait for a maid who would do it. Um no. We promptly demanded a refund and left (of course there was no manager there to do our refund but it was completed the next day). Don't waste your time or money here. Awful service and dirty rooms!
It was alright. You may not get a sound sleep as it is next to a highway. People are nice. Good for a stopover if you are about to drive for much longer.
The room was exceptional. I loved the hot tub and the King size bed. The free shampoo was the only issue. I prefer when it's two separate bottles. It left my hair dry. Other than that I loved the room!
