For $60 a night, we got a clean room with two queen beds, a friendly welcome, and a decent breakfast. The room smelled a little damp, but it wasn't bad; I think that happens with most older hotels. It's in in a safe location right off the highway and within walking distance of a few restaurants. Bonus: they allow pets.
Friendly staff. Nice comfy rooms. Microwave and Refrigerator is a big ➕ plus in my book. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Only negative I have is. A deposit is required if you are not from out of town. I would think it would be the other way around. Overall I would stay here again
Pros: I found the bed to be comfortable, plenty of pillows, clean room, easy I-40 access
Cons: not enough outlets - had to unplug the clock to use my phone charger. Thin walls - I heard the guests on both sides taking showers until 11 pm. (five showers, must have a been families with kids). My room faced the interstate so I heard lots of road noise.
Overall, a good place to stop for the night on my cross country drive.
Great prices, and for the price rooms were 5 star and the free breakfast at 6am was tasty. Enjoyed our stay, definitely clean and comfy.
Was on the road driving against hotel "normal" hours. Was able to get good rest and friendly service. Was allowed to check in very early, price was fair. Hotels like this truly prevent accidents with their flexibility by allowing people to rest while keeping their schedule.
