Very friendly and socialable staff. Loved the incredible variety of continental breakfast on our second morning. Front desk forgot to mention it to us upon arrival. In the room the blackout shades helped for a better nights sleep. Room divider was nice for a bit of privacy too. The bed covers were actually warm enough but that could be due to the ac not cooling. I wished the ac vent would stop blowing any air at times. It would have been nice to have a night light or dimmers for bathroom at night. Also I had hoped there would be a bathtub. There was only a shower. The shampoo and body gel dispensers were convenient. Perhaps a conditioner dispenser would complete the set. I was very pleased with the numerous electrical outlets around the room and really happy a couple of them were near the ever-so-convenient full length mirror in the living room. The roll out table saved a lot of room. Our coffee packets seem to make only half a pot of coffee. I tried one packet with 4 cups of water and the coffee was very weak and you could see through the coffee. Plus, there were no real sugar packets, only fake sweeteners. There were only powdered creamer packets in the room too. After seeing the light on in the fridge and freezer was awesome, we adjusted temperatures in fridge a few times but refrigerator did not ever get cool. It was broken. I loved having the microwave but wished it was a convection oven. It would have been really enjoyable to have been able to bake something. Perhaps my birthday cake.

I don't know where everyone travels too....but I'm from Florida, and have stayed in many many hotel's up and down the coast. Urss you're dropping $200 a night, you don't get much. This hotel was amazing. Friendly staff who answered all my questions, the room is fantastic! Large, spacious, 2 burners, microwave, sink, full fridge, cabinets, nicely stocked bathroom and clean!! Oh and a comfy bed and recliner. For the price I feel it's excellent accommodations. If I ever came through here again, I would stay here. Quiet and safe as well....very important.
Rooms were very clean, beds and linens were soft and comfortable. Amenities were wonderful... We used the in room kitchen for dinner one night. The whole family loved the salt water pool and hot tub. And the Continental breakfast was the best I've had. Lots of variety, fresh, and they kept it well restocked throughout the morning.
The hotel was exceptional! The rooms were very clean, large, and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable we are considering purchasing the same sheets used. Concierge staff were helpful and courteous! Even the breakfast was tasty for a hotel. If we're ever in Amarillo again, this will be the place we stay!
Fabulous staff. Especially staff working night of 11/24. Have laryngitis and they went far and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to feel better. Rooms are terrific with kitchen, king and sofa bed
