I'm only giving one star so I could write a post. The hotel staff is incompetent. They checked us in at 1:30 am (we were a late check in) well the next morning the manager calls us to the front desk and tells us that our reservation was at the holiday inn across the street so we need to go there and get a refund. Well the holiday inn across the street said they are not affiliated with holiday inn express and that they can't refund us. This holiday inn express is the one that made the mistake by checking us in and not asking for our name or confirmation number. We have tried calling them every day since this happened, we even went back to speak to the manager (who apparently is never there) there customer service is horrible!!!!! Being a traveling customer and unaware that there was another holiday inn hidden across the street, they should be more thorough when checking in customers. Manager lied saying this has never happened before. I have a hard time believing this has never happened before. To save you all any hassle we suggest you take your business to the south holiday inn express
Excellent location. This place is obviously very new. Everything was very clean! Great secure parking. Even a TV in the bathroom!! I am a fan.
Always treated great. Breakfast is good. Free Happy hour from 5 to 7 in the lobby is what makes this place stand above the rest for me.
Over the top rating! Stayed 4 nights...not one complaint. Beautiful, professional & pleasant staff!
Amarillo I 40 W
Large,clean and very nicely decorated room. Excellent beds. Far better breakfast than most "free breakfast" offerings at other hotels. Excellent fitness room with Matrix equipment. Good sized indoor pool.
