Rooms are fine, typical Holiday Inn. Very quiet area off the interstate which is very nice.
The room and bathroom we're clean and tidy, as we're the sheets. My only real gripe is that the TV had quite a few issues. After a long drive all I wanted was to have a bite to eat (had fast food) and watch some TV. Well there were a several channels that had no signal, and there were plenty of channels that we're glitching, pausing, and losing signal. Perhaps the issue was not with the hotel but with their cable provider, but it was still a bummer nonetheless.
I've stayed at this Holiday inn many times. Have experienced the price rising from about $115 all the way up to the current $168 + tax. It's way too expensive for what it is. And now they have competition with a nice La Quinta right next door as well as another brand new hotel on the other side (I forget the name). The bath tub drain was broken with parts lying in the tub. Dead crickets in the bathroom. AC wouldn't control right. The wall thermostat seemed to have no effect at all. (a friend staying in another room experienced the same AC issue).
Stayed overnight here for a few nights for work. The location was very convenient for me. More importantly, the beds were nice and comfortable, the rooms were very quiet and clean, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.
Great location. Nice building. We had a few issues, but the friendly staff was able to resolve most of them. Still waiting on the last one to be resolved. Will update to 5 stars if it is.
Definitely a comfortable spot to rest your head after travel
This hotel is definitely not worth over $180 for a night's sleep any more
Front desk person was not very interested in being nice or in any way friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Newer hotel I would say.
