Our room was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. The shower curtain had obvious dirt left over from the previous guest body on shower curtain, bathroom shower and bathroom FILTHY, socks on the floor. The front desk attendant (Travis) was very nice and took the proper steps to return our money to us. We had to stay in our vehicle over night though all of the other hotels around us were full.
It's a great place to stay and work for if you like to laugh look for manger jc he's one man that will always make you laugh thanks for everything yall are great y'all have a blessed day
VERY VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE TO EVERYONE ESPECIALLY TO THOSE NEEDING A VERY COMFORTABLE, PET FRIENDLY PLACE TO REST AND/OR RECUPERATE WHILE LOVED ONES ARE IN ONE OF THE TWO HOSPITALS IN AMARILLO. THEY ARE LOCATED WITHIN 1 1\2 MILES OR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES FROM EITHER OR BOTH MAJOR HOSPITALS IN AMARILLO. THEIR STAFF IS FAR BEYOND KIND. THEY DO WHATEVER POSSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR FOCUS IS ON YOUR LOVED ONES WHILE OFFERING A DEEP DISCOUNTED RATE OF $60 PER NIGHT (call directly to ensure that rate) and I'd TRAVELING AS WE DO AND DID WITH OUR TWO LITTLE PUPS (BABY GIRLS) THEY DO CHARGE A $20 FEE PER NIGHT PER PET BUT ONLY CHARGED US A "ONE TIME" $20 FEE/CHARGE FOR OUR TWO GIRLS FOR FOUR NIGHTS WHICH SAVED US $140.00 WHICH OUT OF KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY. I CAN NOT SAY THAT EVERYONE SHALL RECEIVE THE SAME DISCOUNT TOWARD THE PET FEE BUT THE $60 PER NIGHT ROOM CHARGE IS YOU JUST MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR THAT RATE AND THEY REALLY REQUIRE NO PROOF TO GET THIS RATE. JUST GOOD PEOPLE...BEAUTIFUL UPDATED ROOMS, COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, HOT TUB/JUCUZZI AND POOL. PLUS A WAFFLE HOUSE RIGHT NEXT DOOR FOR YOUR 3AM SCATTERED SMOTHERED COVERED AND DICED HASH BROWNS AND PATTY MELTS...YUMMY!!! CASSANDRA (THERE ARE TWO OF THEM) WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND WE ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR ALL THEIR KINDNESS!!!
Our room didn't have blankets or a shower knob...totally overlooked it since everything else was wonderful!!! The staff is beyond amazing and the breakfast was the best!!!! Great price, great location, great staff!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!
OK stay. The room was mostly clean (bed spread not very clean). Staff was very pleasant and professional. The T.V. kept losing signal (couldn't really watch much with the signal losses). Decent place for the price. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.
