Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The carpet was gross, elevator was out of service, our toilet would not flush, the room and furnishings were uncomfortable, vending machine drink was warm. The only positive thing I have to say is that I was unable to hear any outside noise over the sound of the A/C.
The location was a little hard to get to due to road construction. The room was very nice and up to date. The breakfast bar was really good. It had a great sized pool and jacuzzi
Very nice, clean place. Good beds. Not so good water pressure. But it got the job done. Front host was nowhere to be found. A small line developed behind us. She comes smelling of cigarettes. Apologized for the wait and offered us a suite for the same price. Breakfast ends at 9; so no sleeping in at this place!
Nice rooms, friendly staff, good location near lots of good restaurants, easy on-off I-40.
Nice room. All the usual stuff. Comfy bed, soft towels, decent breakfast. The night front desk staff could have been nicer though. We got into town a little late and called ahead to make sure our room was held (we've had that happen at other hotels) and the person on the phone was very short with me. "What do you want? Well, what's your name?" Just not a nice tone. I'd say maybe I was keeping her from something, which maybe she had things to do, but we were on the phone for a total of 28 seconds, so I think she could have spared that for a guest. If that didn't happen, I would have given five stars.
