This place is incompetent when it comes to billing. I paid them twice already for the same services. I continue to receive billing notices and phone calls. I call them back and it takes over an hour to talk to a person. They promised to send a receipt via email but never sent it. Their automatic payment system has been broken for 3 weeks.
Just came I'm from this ER and everyone from the very nice front desk lady who helped wheel me out to the nurses in the back who were polite sweet and answered all my questions, were top notch. Just left at 7 Sat and If I'm ever in the area and need aid I will be coming back, Probably will be sending cards to thank them if I can remember there names, nice visit beat I've had in an ER
Had to spend 11 days at NWTH.. The doctors, nurses and staff were all amazing! I felt well taken care of.. Thanks NWTH!
Nursing staff is nice, but is VERY unsure of actually practicing their area of medicine. If you are a person that actually is sick, cancer, auto immune etc, find another hospital. Staff did not know how to access a port to draw labs and provide life sustaining care. Be prepared to wait almost a day for an actual bed if you are admitted from the ER. Though staff is nice. Id rather be cared for properly and from a trained professional then have pleasant conversations about the weather.
Dr Boone is AWFUL no bedside manner whatsoever and just a jerk in general!!
I left in worse pain than when I arrived!
I fell off of a ladder last Friday, came to ER in so much pain! I couldn't stand up straight, barely walk. Dr (horse's ass) Boone gave me Tylenol, did x-rays and came back 2 hrs later said nothing broken, go home take Tylenol and ibuprofen. The nurse asked him if he would give me anything for pain ( i.e. muscle relaxers, Tylenol 3) and Dr Boone said absolutely not!
