Went to Urgent care with my 18 month old son for a fever. While there, he had a seizure (never has happened before). We ran up to the check in window asking to be seen now and a male nurse came to the door and said we needed to sit down and wait out turn. He looked at my son, saw what was happening and said, as we were leaving, if he was that bad, why didn't you take him to the ER. I turned around and said, we are here for a fever, he started this while we were waiting to be seen. I called 911 and we waited for the ambulance on the steps of urgent care. Not one staff member came out to make sure my son was ok. He has never had a seizure before so its not like I was aware that it could happen with such a high fever. I will never go back there again. I am from Hereford and would rather go to the hospital here than go to BSA Urgent Care again. Thankfully it didn't take long for the Ambulance to arrive. I also am thankful there was a nurse in the waiting room, waiting to be seen, because she took my son and helped us as we waited.

Different occasions is truly disappointing
I have no problems with the day shift staff, but the night NP is rude and disrespectful. Sad part is I am an employee of the company. How she treated husband on 2
Took my 2yr old daughter in yesterday and was told she was fine. We asked if we could at least do a strep/flu swab since she had been coughing to the point of being sick 3 times and indicated her throat hurt. We were laughed at (literally to our face) by the MD, were told that we didnt know anything, and were told that nothing indicated it was needed and she couldnt willy nilly do tests. Literally looked at her for 30 sec and were told to leave. Got in to see her doctor and lo and behold not only does she have an ear infection/tonsilitis, but the tube in her left ear had fallen out. Truly deplorable that the MD was so piss poor at her job. I will not only never be returning, but I intend to find who the MD answers to and report both her discpicable behavior and her absolutley abbhorent job at her...job. So just FYI if its a little one, dont bring them here
Great NP's and overall friendly staff. I have been going here as long as I can remember, and will continue to.
