Dr. Crawford is very knowledgeable, and exceptionally precise in the care of his patients. He is very informative and precise with his instructions to his patients on the care they need and what aftercare instructions need to be adhered . You will never or very seldom find yourself waiting extended periods of time in the waiting room. Very clean office beyond what is needed. If you want straight up excellent care from a provider who knows what he is doing and does it exceptionally well, this is the office to visit. Tells it like it is..which is how it should be. No fluff. No Marshmallow coating just straight up superb care. That's what we all expect from a provider. A provider who knows his stuff .That is what you will get at Amarillo Foot Clinic ...results..good care from knowledge providers.

The doctor is not personable, but was nice and took care of us. The office staff is beyond TERRIBLE! They are rude, hateful, and have no customer service skills. They take months to file insurance claims, over charged me, and are holding my money and not refunding it to me. Our 11/14/13 service wasn't filed with insurance until 1/7/14. I overpaid by $200. I have called over 10 times regarding my refund and have never gotten a call back. The "office manager", Vivian, is NEVER in the office and has never returned my calls.
The staff and doctor were very kind and willing to work with my schedule, I went in to get a toenail removal, and I was on and out in 20 minutes able to walk out and still go play sports! I would definetly recommend this place its fast, easy, and affordable!
