Er staff at register desk just could not care or conjure up any kind of sympathy about any patient that came in for their care. Lisa especially has the worst customers service i have ever witnessed. She should be in the back putting blankets in the warmers not working with people.
I had been sick for almost a year and had been seen in a UMC clinic in Lubbock, Tx and didnt get answers to my problem. I came to BSA ER in Amarillo and MD Brett Horn was the one that really cared to look into my situation and told me he was going to double check all test that the previous doc had done just to make sure that nothing was missed. And a CT was redone to confirm. And im thankful that he did because he found the problem that the others had missed. If i could add 10 stars i would :D
