Waited in patient room over 1 hour between nurse seeing me and doctor comin in. I guess they lost track of me. Had to open door and flag down a nurse. Then before she helped me she went back to order her breakfast burritoe. I will not come back here again! Also, I Checked in online and had to wait 10-15 minutes after my checkin time.
So I call insurance and guess what the ded was met in July. I have been trying to get my money back since this happened almost a week ago tomorrow with no avail. Saturday I talked with a someone there that swore she would get this handled first thing Monday. Well lunch rolls around today and no call of course. So I call them again and go up to the admin department (or that's what they call it) and leave a message to call me back on this. She calls right back (believe it or not) and my refund will be mailed out today it my address. But first she wanted to know if I wanted to go pick it up. Funny to me as they can take the money regardless of what the paying insured customer says but wants you to come pick it up. This place is a joke. If you want to donate money to them cause they are to lazy to check benefits and get the run around please see them next time you are sick or just go somewhere that listens and cares and does not put their paying insured customers through this. It's your choice!!

I never leave bad reviews but I went in Sunday with a sore throat and she said it was from the drainage of my allergies. My nose was not stuffy or runny! Now several days later I am running a fever ,my glands are swollen ...I feel awful!!! I will never go back there again! I should've been put on anabiotic's!
Very professional and friendly staff. I was seen within a couple of minutes. I was there 25 minutes from start to finish. Correctly diagnosed and on my way to getting well now.
Ridiculous wait time if you don't make an online appointment. The staff was nice enough, but the system is not efficient.
My husband was seen on 9-26. I warned him when he went they was going to use the not up to date website and check the ded and say it has not been met. So have them call the number on the back of the insurance card to get the correct updated information for the policy. They girl at the desk didn't care what he was saying and just went with the incorrect info on the website, so he paid almost 200 to be seen.
