Got seen 5 hours after appt time. Doc never called with my results. I have to continue to call and finally got a nurse to give me my results. Assodourian didn't care to even have me as a patient. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
I waited for my appointment for 8 hours or more. I was fasting and my blood sugar got so low that I had to leave and did not get to see the doctor or have my lab work done. Just recently my doctor denied a request for medication that I CANNOT STOP SUDDENLY. I understand that I needed an appointment to see him but he SHOULD HAVE filled enough meds to get me through to my next appointment. The side effects for stopping the medication suddenly can be detrimental. Needless to say, my personal experience here has been incredibly unsatisfactory. I have not felt like I was any importance to my doctor and the staff certainly made me feel as if I were inconveniencing them when I called to ask why my prescription request was denied when it was a very important medication.
I always get good service, sometimes there is a wait, but it's never been unreasonable, Dr. Assadourian seems strict, but always remembers me and genuinely cares for his patients health.
