At this Sprint you are treated like a valued customer and an old friend. Jeremy is like a walking Sprint how to Book! He is so knowledgeable and if he doesn't know he will try everything possible to get you an answer so you don't get caught up on the phone with Sprint Horrible customer service.

I love to go to this one. There are never lines and they are so nice and patient. I use my phone A LOT so I am in there a LOT LOL...
This is the only Sprint store I go to and I will tell you why. First and foremost it is because of the stores manager Jeremy. He is a very people oriented person and one of the type of people that just gives you a feeling of comfort. Here you are not just treated like a number like at the larger store on the entrance to the mall.
1st of all they were mean to my parents and hand no idea what they are talking about.. and straight up said they couldn't help my parents out cause they speak broken English . And so they spoke with me on the phone and still didn't have answers to my question .. I recommend the store on soncy cause I asked the same question and they gave me and helped me with my problem .

Jeremy has had a good crew and the same crew working with him for a long time. When you go in the store you will always see a face you know. The staff is just as helpful, friendly and client focused that even if you come with a complaint you leave with a smile. Last thing is NO WAIT and if there is it is like 10 minutes. If you have Sprint and actually want your questions answered and to be treated like a valued customer then this is the place for you!

Therefore, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone reading this review. Because, I sincerely believe in their dedication to customer service and that they have respect for their customers at this store.
Of all the businesses I have had to deal with throughout my life, that were at fault, this is one of the few that actually cared enough to fix their mistakes. They took the time to listen to us (I mean, really listen to us) and did what needed to be done to rectify our situation with them.
Let's be honest here, my first review of this store was negative. Like, had there be anyway to give zero stars, I would have given them zero stars.
