I bought a battery yesterday from a gentleman the store was busy 2 working when it was my turn this older worker waited on me and in the hurry he didn't give me a receipt I didn't think anything about it and left the young man there today was the other worker from yesterday well I didn't need the battery so I was trying to get my money back and he said he could not give me my money back because I didn't have a rmeceipt he said he knew I brought the battery but couldn't give me my Money back I'll never go back there and will also talk about it on Facebook was very upset.
This is the 3rd battery I've bought from this store & a cell phone battery as well. Also look after my sister's car as well & broight her car over for a battery in it. Good products, good warranties, & fair prices. Mike, the kid I always deal with, is courteous & always helpful with helping me install the batteries & getting me on my way. Being a older senior person, that means allot.
