When our computer was fried, I was in total panic. This of course due to the history we have had with other repairs with other places in the past. So, I posted to Facebook seeking help and many of the responses I got said catmandu was the place to go. Right on!
We took our stuff to Jeremy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was retrieved and installed new software that met our needs. We did have some strange and major issues with one of the programs that Jeremy spent countless hours getting to the bottom of. Overall, our experience was beyond your normal customer service and we were amazed at the reasonable cost. Well done!

I reached out by phone to ask if they provided data recovery services for dead laptops. I talked to Crystal, who was extremely patient with answering my questions. I explained to her that I had a dead Asus Zenbook Prime ultrabook and I had no way of retrieving the data from the storage drive because it was small and had a proprietary interface. They indicated that they could take a look at the machine and see if the data could be salvaged. Lo and behold, 2 days later I hear back from them and they assured me the data in my drive could be recovered! I was extremely happy to hear that all of my pictures, music, and documents could be recovered with my dead computer.
