This At&t store has the worst employees I have ever seen. I have been with At&t for 15 years.. I also have never seen so slow service in all the stores I have been too. These employees either need to be retrained or learn how to manage their better with customers.. I have never seen a employees be with a customer for 45 min to an hour.. very slow. Not great customer service.. I would not recommend this store at all.. I will never come back to this store..
Most programs failed to load and multiple attempts have to be made to reach your viewing pleasure. Netflix takes up to 7 minutes to load a selected episode. I am offended by the lies and angry to fall for this scam.
Excellent customer service! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Plus the store is always kept clean and I've never had any issues .
Their sales pitch is great. The services provided are garbage. If you want Internet speeds of 5 to 15 mb. Go ahead and try. While sending blank packets on a speed test will show up to 18mb. My actual download speeds are close to 3mb.

Anytime I have had an issue the manger and employees have gotten it handled! Friendly staff and the manager is very knowledgeable. Not pushy sales tactics, great customer service. The store is very clean and organized and product looks good. Only att store I use
