Last Christmas Eve we were trying to show movies on a projector installed by another company. We could not reach that company So I called. He was here within an hour with replacement bulbs in an attempt to fix the problem. He simply reset the projector the other company neglected to do when they installed the new bulb, hugged us all, sang a Christmas carol, and headed out. You will not find better customer service in Amarillo!

They are helpful and accommodating. Their customer service associates and technicians are professional and smart. They know what they are doing and are able to answer any of our questions. This was my first time using Sound By Design. They installed a projector and screen in our conference room and tied it in with our light system for a push button control like an automated conference room. They did very professional work. They were always on time. If there were any issues afterwards, they were prompt in resolving them. They were also prompt in completing any changes that needed to be made. They do great work and are very personable. I highly recommend them.

They job they helped us out with was installing a Sonos system into our house, and they also gave us a bid on a system in another home we own.
