I have taken my cats to that clinic for over eight years. I’ve always paid 100% of my bill at the time of visit. Recently I needed to take one of my girls in to be seen other than for a regular check up. I had asked if I could pay half of my bill when I came in and the other half two days later when I got paid. I was told by The staff and Dr. Johnson no. The one time something was going on with one of my girls and needed to be seen I could not take them in I told Dr. Johnson I’ve worked in the medical field for a long time I would never treat one of my long standing patients the way that she treated me. I will never take my cats back to the clinic, Nor will I ever recommend that clinic.
Fabulous caring staff, very clean , Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and truly kind . Dr Yarbrough was our vet for years and we adored him, and now Dr Johnson has filled his shoes well. Would never consider going anywhere else.
