Be prepared to wait for a VERY long time. The care your animal gets though is top notch. Their staff has a genuine care for every animal they see. The prices ARE also very reasonable
Great vet great prices, the wait time is super ridiculous. I probably won't go back. Waited 3 1/2 hours this see the tech. Very upsetting for me and Brutus.
I have heard nothing but good things about Hope Vet Clinic, but today I called at 2pm and asked to make an appointment for shots later that day. I was told that it's a walk in clinic only, and showed up at 3:30 to wait. It's now 5:10 and 5 people who showed up after me have come and left. When I asked the staff, they said that there is a list for people who are basically friends of the owner. 5 customers in 2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon? Not sure how to get on that exclusive list but that's what it takes to get fair service at this vet clinic. All the same, the quality of care was just as good as everyone said. Be prepared to wait, and I recommend coming in the morning.
I think the people at Hope are nice and I think they have awesome prices. The worst downfall to this vet office is that they DO NOT take appointments. It is first come first serve and that could mean you will wait any from 45 minutes to 3 hours.
This is a hard thing to do when you have a career and can't really afford to be away from the office the better part of your day. I know that they love animals and cam even work on horses and if you don't mind blocking a day out to get your pet treated them this is a great place to go.
Our dog was in the facility for 3 days, he was really sick. What wonderful care and treatment he got. I am so grateful for them for treating my dog. The Vet, and all the staff were excellent with him. I would recommend them to anyone. God Bless, Hope Veterinary Clinic.
