I took my dog into this clinic because my regular vet was out of town. She was sick and had lost weight. The immediately did an x-ray that got no answers and told me I needed to schedule surgery to find the problem, but the couldn't do the surgery. I spent $90 at this vet and got absolutely no answers after they skipped many tests they should have ran on her and went to the most expensive available to them. I do not recommend this clinic. I could have put $90 to better use for my dog at a better vet who cared more about the animals they are treating than the money they get from their clients.
This was the most uncomfortable clinic I have ever been to they were very very rude an inconsiderate!! I felt like I wanted to throw up cause my gut was screaming at me that they were bad people. I would never ever recommend this vet to anyone!
*I'm editing my previous review and taking away one star because of a recent experience. I had taken both my Aussies to this vet for over a year. While I still believe the doctor and assistants are great, I decided to change to a different veterinarian simply because of the older gentleman that works at Village. I went in to have a simple evaluation done on my male for his registration and was treated like I had no clue what I was doing. Plus, he made the decision made FOR me that I was going to microchip my dog, even after telling him I did not want to do it during that appointment and would come back again. I walked out, after paying double what I expected to, with a microchip and a piece of paper. This was not the only instance of him giving his 2 cents when it was not asked for. Other than him, the office staff is great and I would still recommend even though I chose to change vets after that.
Didnt wait long. The only thing i did not like, is the lady quoted me a price for my visit on the phone and it was not what i was charged for!!!
My dog has never visited this vet clinic before but i have spoke with the reception staff quite a bit and i have to say they have outstanding customer service. Carrie (I believe is her name) is always so sweet and willing to help. I talk to vet clinics on a daily basis and this one by far has always been the most pleasant to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!
