Compassionate should be deleted from their website. The staff was the most rude, disrespectful, uncaring I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been in dog rescue 38 years. Vet was ok. Not once did either staff I met with say ‘hello/hi’ ‘she’s in good hands’ etc. Topping off both appalling experiences with staff, we get a $600 bill for overnight oxygen and ONE shot of Lasix. I called every other hour til 6:00 a m and the boy that needs to learn manners, respect, and empathy, always acted annoyed that I continued to call. I bet he never even looked at her. I asked about taking her out to pee, and he told me they let them pee on themselves. In an oxygen box, really! Now I know why there’s a sign at checkout that says they won’t put up with yelling at them. Perhaps if they were how caregivers to critically ill animals SHOULD BE, we animal parents wouldn’t have to yell or get upset. Terrible. Despicable place.
I am usually writing good reviews, but in this case I feel that I have to warn people around me. Staff was very polite, but I did not see much care about the sick dog
Words can't express my gratitude!!☺
I usually don't give a bad review, but people that love their dog as a child should know that this vet take your dog inside and they don't let you see it. But they tell you that they will bring it to you but they only show you how much money will cost you. I didn't want to keep my dog there because they give a bad feeling, so I told them to give him something so I can take him in the morning to his regular vet. I even kept asking that I wanted to see him but when they open the door I saw that my baby was tie up to a cage inside.. only use them if you don't have a choice.
This place only cares about the dollar. Not the dog.
Thanks yous again !!!
Provided my little one with medicine and other aftercare products. I highly recommend them in emergency situations.
After calling the clinic several times and explaining the heartache we have all experienced not to mention the outrageous prices they've charged , they're in complete denial of any fault of theirs and are not willing to accept responsibility for the death of this sweet dog.
I normally do not give a bad review, but this is a must know about this place. My son took his dog there in an emergency situation. They tested the dog positive for parvo and kept her overnight. Charged $500. The next morning when the dog was picked up the verbal instructions were just to take the dog home and give her chicken soup ... really.?.? No written instructions, no medications, no instruction to take the dog to the vet for more hospitalization, NOTHING!!! And yes, the dog passed away during the night at home.
And they are 24 hours... dispite what the site says , just call and you'll get a fast answer.
Zero stars ...
We have lived with our dog in four different countries, and we have never experienced less customer nor animal Care than in this clinic.
Fast response, kind and caring.
