Had some time to kill during an unplanned trip to Amarillo and decided to stop by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when I told them I was just looking and not ready to buy yet the staff took the time to show me the different bikes and discuss details and comparisons. Great experience and I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to buy.

I've had good experiences and bad. The bad is what will keep me away. Sometimes I go it and they are friendly and helpful but other times they are slow to do repair work and overly priced. I've had a tune up for $26 once which was great and they were fast. This last time makes me not want to come back. I had 2 tires replaced and they charged me $11 per tire, plus $15 labor fee, and tried to charge me for a brake adjustment that I didn't ask for. $38 for two new tubes is ridiculous. I also had to wait almost 3 days to get that done. I'll go to sun adventure where they've done it on the spot for less the $10 a tube.
Best LBS in Amarillo!!!!!! Every time I visit the shop, the staff goes out of their way to help.
