Don't do business with this location. If it doesn't involve spending money here, they don't care. I had an issue with a phone here and all I needed was a little help. I had already done the footwork with Samsung, however their werr two girls at the store who wouldn't even get up out of their stools to even make an effort. They just sat there without even looking up information on the computer. They didn't even try. They just sat. There are other Boost stores with way better customer service. Do yourself a favor, do business with another location.
