They cleaned years of smoke and dirt off our painting and made it look brand new! The new frame fits it so well. Very pleased!!
I brought the old diploma in to assure the new one would be the same size with the same frame type, etc.
I recently graduated and wanted to get the degree framed to match one I already had. The Colony came recommended.
When the work was done, the frame looked good but was not the right size. A quick conversation over the phone and I ran the new frame back to them. Everyone was apologetic and they went to work to correct the problem.
The Colony has been at the same location since 1965 and they offer a great selection of original art primarily by area artists.
A few days later they had it fixed with an exact match. I couldn't be happier. The mistake was a nuisance but these things do happen. However, the professionalism demonstrated while handling this mistake speaks volumes. Next time I need something framed, I'll be back at the Colony.
