Damon was extremely professional, got the work done quickly and accurately and the price was spot on. Damon was even kind of enough to tighten a sink faucet for me which I don't have the tools to do while he was on site. I will most definitely return to Pratt Plumbing when an issue arises.

I have been looking for a plumber that I feel I could trust and that would be reliable. I feel like Pratt Plumbing is the company I have been looking for. I asked John & Robert to go through my house and check all the plumbing fixtures, drain the tankless water heater and to PLEASE help me identify where an ongoing odor in my house could possibly be coming from. As John was going through his checklist, he was able to identify what was causing the odor and fixed it right away.
John came quickly to my house when I lost hot water in my home. He was very efficient and explained everything to me in a way that was so easy to understand. I was very happy with the service Pratt Plumbing provided.
I cannot rate their work because I could not get them to show up to give me a bid. Over a three week period, I spoke with the receptionist three different times and the owner (Gary) five different times. Three times, I was stood up when he said that he would come by my house. Twice I called him on his cell phone and he said he was busy and would call me back; neither call was returned. I would not have persisted in trying to use them after I was stood up the first time, except that several of my coworkers recommended them. In addition, I read a bunch of good reviews on here. My experience says otherwise. This is worst customer service I have ever experienced with a contractor (and I used to be a General Contractor). If you are looking for a company with any business ethics, you better look elsewhere.
