These guys did a good job on our AC replacement and even matched a competitor quote without anything more than my word on the price. My real problem was that I was constantly being given new expectations about when work could be completed or when someone would show up, but only after I called to find out what was going on. I lost a day and a half of work waiting on them. Because they did a good job, overall, I gave them a shot on a quick plumbing job I needed done. After calling first thing in the morning (8:00 AM) and being told them would be there before noon, I called to cancel my service call at 11:50 to a suprised sounding secretary who only said "Really?" and didn't bother to see why. I know I know.. strictly speaking, 11:50 is before noon. Last time I waited for two hours past their original appointment, only to be told it would be another two hours before they arrived. Three hours later they finally showed... didn't want to wait around again. So they get three stars, because the work was good and they have potential, but they really need to step up their game on notifications and scheduling. At the very least, give people real expectations and meet them.
Got my house cooling again, timing wasn't the best ever but the guys who came out and did the job was very professional and mindful of everything, and the best part was that they took time to make sure everything was correct.
