Horrible start of the week, hot water heater went out and there was no repairing it (11 yrs old, lol) By Wednesday, new water heater installed. Corey was fantastic! Very polite and good natured. The job took approx 1 1/2 hours and there was absolutely no mess to clean up. Customer service has definitely improved since my last experience. I highly recommend them.
The technician was very helpful and explained the ins and outs of my heating system in a way that was easy to understand. He also pointed out a few small fixes I could handle on my own to save some money.

He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up very well after the job. The price was affordable especially for a Sunday.
