We had another Plumbing issue over the weekend and Chris came, worked on it (shower control), did a temporary fix, then came back and installed a. We cartridge this morning and all systems are GO! Randy was very helpful in determining the cause of our heater not working properly, and was able to get it fix with little cost. Thank you Randy for all your help and efforts. We will definitely be using Frank's in the future.
Called Franks this morning, they said they'd give me a call when they were on the way this same day, shortly after lunch Vernon came and took a look at my unit. Within 5 minutes he knew what was wrong, had the part on hand, changed it out and now my house is cool as ever! So thankful for him and this company for helping me with no hastle and hardly any time! Most reasonable pricing I've ever seen too!
Dennis and Jeremy were very courteous and professional on an after hours call to replace our hot water heater. They were in and out in two hours and were very workmanlike in their approach and demeanor. Highly recommended to anyone! Thank you.
