I absolutely HATED my experience with this place. Was told my ring would be here feb 6th, called to see when i could pick it up just to be told it wasnt ordered and now have to wait until april 4th and hope it doesnt happen again. Called customer care and they offered NO help. TERRIBLE company and I hope nobody does business with them. Zales had way better customer service
This place has ridiculous customer service I ordered a ring online I pick it up and my stone is loose on my ring so I take it back 2 days later and they say i have to purchase insurance to get it tightened. I purchase the insurance have my ring sent off and a month later i still have no ring! I call the store and no one ever answers the phones... horrible business
I love this store!! A new sales associate Ashley helped me the other day and she was amazing. She wasn't pushy like some of the other employees there, instead she was really helpful and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for!! If you are thinking about buying any jewelry or watches go to Kays in the Westgate mall and ask for Ashley!!!
This is the most disorganized unprofessional jeweler I have ever felt with. First I was tod by store manager that opening an account would not put a hard hit on my credit- false!!! Next they were sizing a set of rings and lost the band. Found in the "do not want" pile. Then. Engagement ring was sized to a different size than the wedding band. Now we have sat here for 45 minutes because they credited our payment to the wrong account. Received a nasty call from the collections department. Once this transaction is done so 's my business with Kay.
My boyfriend and I went in to look at rings in February of 2016. We visited with a lady named Celena. Mind you, she is the store manager. We looked at rings and picked one out that we wanted to purchase whenever income tax came through. When we called February 24th to say we were ready to purchase the ring, SHE DID NOT EVEN REMEMBER US! She even gave us a card and wrote all of our information down and still didn't remember us. All we were told was, "Oh, I don't even have that ring anymore. We got a new shipment and we'll check it but I'll have to call you back in 3 or 4 hours!" NEVER GOT A CALL! You are a store manager! Celena, way to treat your customers! They'll never be getting our business again. Garbage.
