I have dealt with Robert Damron for years even before he was an FFL. He is great to work with on prices and I won't talk to anyone else in his store because of this. We had a hiccup in the past which provided a bad taste in my mouth by one of his staff members and I hadn't been back in over 2 years. Damrons staff at the Hillside Location defiantly restored my faith in their business a few months ago and I look forward to future business with Robert and his team.
I recently went there with my wife, and ended up putting a smith & Wesson m&p .40 on lay away. They were extremely helpful & patient with me, they also helped me to find a gun that is right for me. Their prices are excellent and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. When it comes to guns.... This is the only place I will do business!
DON'T TRUST these negative reviewers. I am shocked that people have left bad reviews. I've been shopping here for years and they have the most friendly, honest, and knowledgeable staff in town. Their selection is the absolute best. Don't be swayed by a few bitter people. I won't buy/sell anywhere else.
I've visited several times and each time I walk in there I'm ignored. Not one person has said hello or may I help you. I was interested in purchasing a pistol for my wife or a 1911 for me or maybe both. Thought I go back by there since it's on the way home, but I guess I'll take the long way home and shop somewhere else.
Not sure why all the negative reviews. I went in today traded a pistol and a revolver, Travis at the Bell/Hillside location was awesome. He had the M&P 9mm that I was looking for. He gave me a very fair price on the two that I traded in, and walked out with a brand new gun with an awesome price and great customer service. That's what you expect, and that's what I got !
