Zach went way above and beyond to help keep diamond studs a surprise for my daughter on her wedding day. He really picked them out for me. I didn't know anything about diamonds, but he gave me a thorough education in the different qualities of diamonds. We found the perfect pair at a good value thanks to him. Customer Service is still alive at Duncan & Boyd. You just don't see that anymore these days. Go there, you will see what I mean.
