I took it to Graham Brothers and wasn’t treated like a customer but family and I felt welcomed there. Joe sat down with me and we went over the damage and what it would take to restore the ring and I never felt rushed.
My mom had given me her wedding ring from when she was married to my dad, It was in horrible condition she had taken most of the diamonds out of it and put In a different ring.

Absolutely amazing experience! They were able to fix my watch that had completely stumped many other places. Their service went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with their work. They have the friendliest staff of any place I have ever been. Nothing was out of reach while we were discussing options for custom pieces, and their patience was more than abundant as I stumbled through half concocted designs. Graham Brothers is a place like no other. It does nothing but exceed expectations every time that I go in. The grade of their product is far superior than your average jewelry store. It gets better though. As good as their product is, it is nothing compared to the wonderful staff. The customer service that you experience here is the kind that one deserves, but rarely gets to experience. After shopping here one time I highly doubt that you will ever go anywhere else. There is nothing this group of people can't do. From custom jewelry to repairs on previous jewelry they do it all. I rarely leave feedback but this place truly deserved it. My husband first met the Graham Brothers 19 years ago when trying to purchase my engagement ring. Other stores had not been eager to help him when he entered in steel toed boots and old jeans ( he was on lunch from working at the railroad). He said that Graham Brothers was completely different. They immediately offered him a seat and a drink while asking him to describe what he wanted for me. They made him feel valued as a customer and I loved the ring. Since then we have always made our jewelry purchases from them. They have custom made for me both an amazing diamond ring and a lovely diamond drop. And when my mother gave me my grandmother's precious pearls they are the ones I trusted to clean and restring them. I'm sure there are many other customers who spend much more than I do and more often but I always feel valued when I visit them.
