I got my glasses . I don't feel comfortable they said wait for email2 weeks . I wait for it . I went again and finally I had the 3 months so they don't. Want to fix my glasses. So they did intentionally it so they was waiting for me to have the 3 months and don't care about my glasses.
Worse service i have ever came across. If it wasnt for them not finialzing my prescription right away and having to wait for them, I would never return to this location. They are rude, the doctor tries to rush you in and out because they feel super overwhelmed with the amount of ppl coming in...its terrible. Save urself the hassel.

The eye doctors are great but the actual visionworks service to fill your glasses suck. I was told my kids glasses orders couldn't be done on a Saturday because my insurance company was closed? Wasnt that the point of y'all verifying the insurance before we came? And I can't come in during the week...I have a job..you know its that thing that y'all suck at. Thanks I feel somewhat better :-)
There counter is not secure to the floor when I went in. It almost fell on my legs. Injured my back. STUPID ,STUPID, STUPID ! COULD HAVE BROKE MY LEGS OR KILL A CHILD!!
Very disappointed in the service received. The optician was very nice, however everyone else I dealt with in the front office was rude and unhelpful. I will be taking my prescription and my business elsewhere in the future.
