Visiting family and I felt awful and my Dr was 5 hours away. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff was great and the Dr was awesome and really listened. I definitely recommend Amarillo Urgent Care.
A family member visited this clinic recently with a sore throat and huge white pockets in their throat. After waiting for a long time, they were taken back to a room, and told they did not have strep without being tested, and sent home with antibiotics.. the next morning the family member went to their primary care to find out it was indeed strep and was given the appropriate treatment! Complete waste of money to go to Amarillo Urgent Care. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this facility!!!
This place is prompt and professional. We have used their services a few times and we have always been treated well and were happy with the care we received.
Friendly service. Spanish speaking staff at front desk. Total time spent time here was about 2 hours (including X-rays).
I went with my friend for a rolled ankle and there were 2 other people in rooms. It wasn't busy. She got her bp taken and an xray. Now we have been sitting in our room for 1hr and a half. With No one coming to help us. We got here at 2:30 and haven't left yet. It's almost 5. All we could hear outside of the room was giggling and laughing.
