I just recently signed up for their MSN health plan and so far it is everything I hoped it would be. I went to my initial appointment ar the Grand location this morning. Everyone very caring and friendly. They listened to and addressed all of my concerns, prescribed the appropriate medication as needed, then drew blood to send to the lab for comprehensive testing. There were a couple tests that I was advised would be out of pocket but the cost was affordable and the majority of the testing was included in the MSN plan. They also provide a discount prescription card to help lower the cost of any medication they may prescribe. I would reccommend the MSN health plan and Care Today to anyone.

If you wanted to be treated like a cow going into slaughter instead of a patient seeking a doctor's help this is the place for you. Otherwise if you want to go somewhere where a doctor actually cares find some place else.
Let me start off by saying the nurses were kind and did a great job for the couple of seconds we saw them. Our insurance doesn't start until the 1st of the year so we had to pay $75 for this appointment. We went in for earache and loss of hearing in both of my husband's ear. Dr. Robert Robey spent 2 maybe 3 minutes in the room with us. In that time we glanced in 1 of my husband's ears, listened to his heartbeat then quietly explained he would call in two prescriptions in for us. He never explained what was wrong with my husband's ears and never looked in the 2nd one. We were also the only patients there so it's not like he was busy. Turns out the first prescription was for an over the counter medicine and the second was a $250 nasal spray knowing we had no insurance and not warning us about the costly price.
I only gave a star cause I have too. When you go in and the doctor starts off with what do you want me to do that's a bad sign. After my xray the doctor says i cant read it but i think its ok. There is a fuzzy spot no lines?? Ok what's that mean. No clue. On the up side the Front staff is really nice
Grand location is clean, nurses are very understanding, over all my visit went by quickly.
I have been an MSN patient for about two years now,when I first came to care today on Bell St my experience with these people was great,but after about 6 months,they started losing my lab work,3 to be precise (important lab work) pharmacy would call them to refill a prescription several times,it's been nine days and still no refill (I feel completely ignored). These people are like a bunch of air heads,my personal opinion: They all need to get on the same page and care about the patient. Currently looking for a different clinic,after I cancel my MSN Plan.
