Maybe the woman at the front desk was having a bad day. Maybe she doesn't like her job. I don't know. But what I will say is she was quite rude. She set the tone for me and had me really worried. Luckily, once I went back, all the nurses were over the top amazing that it set me back at ease.

Every nurse that took care of me was so great. The pre op nurse, Tammy, was so nice. She got me ready and kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen next. She was patient with me as I was very nervous and jittery. I remember one nurse patting me on the shoulder and telling me it was going to be ok just before I fell asleep for surgery. He could tell I was nervous and this small gesture made me feel so at ease. The post op nurse was so helpful making sure I was never in too much pain. Thank you all so much for making what could have been a very scary experience, pleasant. It is obvious that the nurses here are passionate about their jobs and care very much about the comfort of their patients.

I went there for surgery, the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and saw to it that I had everything I needed. Thank you so much to Desiree, Sue, Theresa, Dana and the admitting department. You are all wonderful. I will recommend to friends and family. If I need further surgery in the future, this is my place to return.
