Great place with good people who happen to work there. Didn't buy anything but the guy that helped me out with some questions was awesome! Very knowledgeable and polite. I knew right off the bat he was a straight shooter and wasn't blowing smoke.
I just purchased a new sofa from them just this past month. I was very happy with the service from our Sales Lady and the Sofa is great. I was however very disappointed in the fact that I had told them specifically I needed it delivered after 5 pm , to which they stated would not be a problem. and then they show up between 10 and 11 am on a work day. Not happy with that at all. Then when I called to tell them that this was incorrect they told me sorry we will have to reschedule we cant change the time. Do not recommend buying unless you have them give you the time of delivery in writing at the time of the purchase.
Typical furniture store where the salespeople jump on you quickly. However, they respect your distance when you let them know that you don't need help yet. Additionally, they are incredibly helpful and will go the extra mile when you're ready for their help.

Such a great selection of high quality furniture! Went all over the city to find a great couch - did you know it is nearly impossible to find a good quality couch that doesn't move or recline or have cup holders or lights or trays or jet packs? It's crazy. Havertys was never on my radar and now will be the FIRST place I go furniture.
