Defiantly Loved the experience here at Bob Mills. We made the purchase in Amarillo and they were able to deliver in Lubbock. The price was just right. Also the Customer service was way above most. The sales rep was very patient with us and wanted to make sure that we got what we wanted.
Had a scratch on my beautiful new daybed. Bob Mills got me a new one real quick and sent a crew out for free and even built my bed. Appreciate them making it right like that.
We purchased a $10,000 bed that we can not sleep in. We have had this bed for a year and a half. The bed has a lifetime warranty and can not get them to honor their contract. Have tried to get this resolved and they indicated that I had not contacted them which I have many times over. Please think twice before buying anything from this company. Their costumer service is not adequate. (Writing for someone else...for an older lady)
Excellent service. He went out of his way to help me find the bookcase I was looking for even though it was not something they stock in the store. The special order came several weeks before the promised due date. When I picked it up, the men in the back checked the bookcase over carefully and wrapped it back up very well and loaded it into the pickup for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the bookcase is very good quality and a better price than what I had seen elsewhere for the exact same product.
