I received a sale paper in the mail showing an accent chair that would be on sale during their Columbus day sale, my wife and I went to purchase two of the chairs shown in the paper, we were first told they were all out of them so I asked if they had any chairs comparable and the sales associate just said "NO", so my wife and I said thank you and were going to leave when the sales Associate said they did have some and took us to a kiosk and showed us the chair because there were none to be seen in the store, there were three different color choices and after we picked one we were informed that we could only have one particular color which would have been fine had the chair not had to be ordered. so I agreed to purchase two of the chairs even though I didn't really want that color, then she says " it's only one per household" I told her that we needed two as were would be purchasing them for our church, she said well you can get two of them but it will have to be separate transactions, at this point I decided we would just leave. I did end up purchasing the chairs on line from Ashley in the color I wanted. I have been a long time Ashley customer, we have purchased three living room sets, three bedroom sets, a dining room set and multiple accent pieces and up to this point the buying experiences have been great, but this visit has me wondering if I will purchase from Ashley Furniture in Amarillo again.
If you are in the need for new furniture go to Ashley's! You will find everything you need at this one store. The workers there are all very helpful and even gave me deals for buying multiple items! It was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated!!! Not to mention their furniture is very stylish and reasonable. Ashley's is my favorite furniture store and I recommend it to everyone that I care about!
The customer service at Ashely’s Furniture Store is great. I had Jesse helping me out, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a really good experience, even with the delivery team who delivered my table. I would recommend Ashley’s!
One of the worst experiences of nearly thirty years of purchasing furniture. The management was arrogant and unwilling to help us change an order of over six thousand dollars. The receptionist was snarky and uncaring. My fault for listening to the sales person talk me into something we really did not need at the time. However, their utter disregard for customer service was appalling. On top of everything our order was set back week after week. Extremely incompetent and terribly rude. I'm thankful this nightmare is paid off and out of my life.
Very professional sales person. Found chair I was looking for even though it was not on floor. Sales person ordered chair and explained process of delivery. Delivery took a little longer than I had hoped for, but worked out for the best. Chair received in great shape.
