Well priced. Staff not extremely customer friendly, but well educated on products.
My 65 year old parents bought oak wood from Fireplace Center during Christmas 2014 and had trouble with it burning in their fireplace. The wood was still green and not seasoned. They called for suggestions and Randy was not helpful - in fact he was pretty short and rude with my Dad. He simply told him good luck and he couldn't help. So, sad that these days there is no compassion or kindness left.
