My husband was referred to Dr Sudhakar by a local physician. The appointment time was at 5:30pm, didn't get to the room until 8:30pm. No explaination from the staff, no "hello, how are you" just "sign these papers, fill this out". Not going back
I called just to see if they received my MRI that he requested from BSA and the receptionist was so rude once I hung up the phone I was in tears. How do you treat a potential client like that? I understand there will be a wait, I understand you can't tell me my results, but you snapped at me and made me feel less important. Good job on treating someone who has been suffering traumatically for almost a month. I'll find someone else to go through once I find a physician who cares enough not to send me to such a hateful place. How you guys are still in business baffles me. These reviews are terrifying.
He was assigned to us in the hospital. Not our choice but decided that we would trust the judgment of our local health professionals and use him. He would only come in the hospital room between the hours of midnight and 3am after a few days of this we asked the nurses why? The response we got was that they thought he didn't like speaking with patients and it was an assurance that they would be asleep when he showed up. After the hospital there was not much improvement in my wife and we continued to try and use him. We called and begged for another appointment sooner than 2 months and the office staff wad rude and refused to move the appointment up. On the day of our long awaited appointment we showed up on time at 4:30 pm the waiting room was standing room only and most patients had been waiting for several hours. We finally got taken back to a room at 9:30 pm and the doctor came in around 10pm. I had taken the time to write a list of symptoms and questions, he glanced through the list and would not answer any questions however he did say very professional that I provided the list. It was a little after 11pm when we walked out of there. I just want to say to anyone that cares about your our your loved ones health and well being. Run as fast and as far as you can from this doctor. There are plenty of other competent neurologist that care and are able and willing to help. He is too busy and in our opinion is incompetent, his office is disgusting with patient files piled everywhere. I just want to say to the members of his staff, my family has never felt as low as you made us feel. You were rude and terrible people. You told us you didn't care where where we went to get labs done and stated I don't care where you go, go wherever. Guess what we did, my wife is doing much better 3 days after being removed from the wrong meds you had her on and I believe that she will just keep getting better. Run run run from this third world clinic if you care about the patient.
I really like and trust Dr Sudhaka. He's treated me for years. Yes, he sees his patients later in the evening but his office staff will tell me when to check in and when to come back for appointment. He's very kind and thorough. He has sways had test done when I have new symptoms or increase in symptoms. I also know if I have a stroke or other emergency in a hospital, he will be there.
Terrible doctor! Period. He treated my boyfriend who had MS. He saw him every 6 months! Sometimes he didn't show up and his nurses didn't know how to contact him. Once my boyfriend didn't get a treatment for 4 months that would help him with his ability to walk and maintain with MS, we had to call the MS society. I'm glad he's no longer his doctor.
