Dr Nash is very kind and took his time during visit rather than rushing. Very nice!
My 3yo was sick and I needed to get him seen. It was the day after Thanksgiving, so his pediatrician was not open. When we got to carexpress we signed in and had a very short wait. My 3 yo has stranger danger especially with men. So I was anticipating a struggle with my son. When Dr. Nash came in he talked to me first to see what was going on. When it came time to check my son, Dr. Nash got on the floor and sat with my son. They talked about trains and checked for monkeys in his ears. It went great! My son still talks about the monkeys and even ask to go see the Dr.
First time here. Impressed so far. Facility is immaculate and not too cold. The staff has been friendly. It took longer to fill out the paperwork, than the wait to be seen. Dr. Nash took his time explaining what the symptoms could be and recommended a good course of action. We will definitely go back if we need urgent care again.
Not the fastest doctors office but worthy of your business without a doubt. Staff is very kind and efficient and the establishment is clean and comfortable.
