Good doctors heal you, they don't want to make a regular out of you. Brian Sicher is a great doctor. Well maintained facility, great customer service, and educated staff. I can't even begin to fathom how this place received a one star rating!
My daughter was treated horribly by the office manager. She was actually hung up on. The dr provided good treatment however did not give her any education on aftercare nor did they give her an opportunity to check her insurance or they them selves check her insurance before jumping into a small procedure in office this costing her hundreds of dollars. Then they were not willing to work with her on the payment. She wasn't told until AFTER the second visit ( which was charged the same way). She told them she would have to cancel any follow up appointments as she cannot afford them because she is a college student and at that point the office manager hung up on her!!
Dr Sicher was ver caring and attentive when my son broke his foot in a motocross accident! We highly recommend!
Ego. Bought some of his diabetic shoes. Told one of the young good looking girls that that size wouldn't fit. When in the observation room he suggested that I get some of his shoes. His nurse informed him that they were his. I told him that they didn't fit. He felt of the large joint on my big toe and said that I had plenty of room. I trced the outline of my toe and he didn't say anything. He got up and left the room. His nurse stuck her head through the door and whispered something but I couldn't hear. Beautiful office, beautiful young staff. Had to leave a star is the only reason that he got one star.
