Caution with this place. They tend to overbook the operating room then try to find an excuse to cancel that day's procedure for anyone they cannot fit in. They have done this twice to our family. The second instance I called them on it (having just met two other ladies in the waiting room who were booked for the same O.R. at the same time as me) but the staff onlt denied that they do that and came up with an excuse that even my doctor said was not accurate. Personally I no longer trust the staff enough to allow a procedure here.
Allan Murphy is a hack and the most unethical person I have met in the medical field. V worst personal skills I've ever seen in a human being and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to see that man. The clinic tries to rip you off double bill you and charge you for appointments that you cancel I am so happy to be out of there and recommend people run for the hills before you walk foot in that clinic. The only positive thing that that clinic has is there front staff they are amazing.
Don't go there if you've been hurt in a wreck....they do not touch you or any of the insurance.....all they want is their payments....took 4 days for a new patient schedule to call me back...had to go to the office manager....
Doctors are nice, polite, and for the most part helpful. The office staff is horrible. Getting your medicine refills is a nightmare. Be sure to call AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE you need your refill. And don't DARE show up on the wrong day to pick up your pain medicine prescription, YOU WILL BE SEVERLY CHASTIZED FOR DOING SO.
I called their office this morning and a woman named, "Diana" was very rude and demanded that I am responsible for bringing in an interpreter. I am a chronic sufferer and a deaf patient. I tried to explain to her that there is an ADA law that all medical staffs are responsible for bringing in an interpreter. Diana is the only person preventing me from seeing my pain specialist. I cannot believe how she treated me over the phone. I truly suggest that the Doctors in that office straighten up their staff and on how they treat their patients over the phone! I will not be their patient and I am looking elsewhere because they are not worth the money and time for me as their patient! Good riddance.
And don't owe them money. The part our insurance didn't cover. Was paying $50 a month to pay it down, once I notified them she has past away they demanded I raise that to $100. Here other two doctors dismissed our balance when notified of her passing..
