Dr. Amber Price is amazing. She has treated our two year old for the last year, and we absolutely love her. The staff is always kind and courteous. Our son had his hearing checked in the office, which was awesome because we didn't have to go elsewhere. The Audiologist was incredible. He could mimic the voices of several cartoon characters that my son could identify. I recommend this group highly to anyone needing and ENT.
Great experience! The doctor was very informative and the staff was excellent to deal with. I will be using them for all of my ear, throat, and nose problems in the future.
Love the doctor. The receptionist staff was very rude, Brittany. She just sat there and never acknowledge I was there. I was standing on patient side of computer. Finally she looked at me and said someone will be with you...Got up and walked off. I looked at the other lady and she didnt say anything until I decided to walk off. Then she said can I help you? I told her they had called and asked me to come in early so that is what I was doing. She checked me in! Staff at front desk needs to be trained in customer service!!
