He spends majority of the time talking about himself. We know more about his life than he would ever know about my daughter's the patient. The one time my 15 year old questioned something he had said, he told her if she didn't like what he had to say she could just fire him. He was making serious diagnoses about her mental health without ever asking in depth questions.
