Waited 3 hours total 2 1/2 past my appoinment time as I got there early as told for a mountain of paperwork. Finally called back to a doc who came in for maybe 2 minutes cut me off mid sentence and said we will schedule you for a scope. I'll get the nurse. I told him I wasn't done talking or describing my symptoms and he walked out the door. (By the time I got called back it was well past when he was supposed to go home). Never saw him again. Pretty sure he left. Nurse said it will be crazy expensive. Left angry, upset and in tears. With no answers and no follow up from his office.
They made me pay out of pocket because they said my insurance required that (which they didn't). My patient responsibility is less than $20 so they owe me almost $300 and they have been giving me the run around since August!!! Every week it's a different excuse!!! Not to mention the doctor was completely unprofessional asking me how much money I made at my job and if I like my boss. Also did absolutely nothing for my issue!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Banwait and his staff. I was nervous about my health and dreaded going to see a specialist. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It is important to me that a physician be knowledgeable. However, I find that it is almost rare that you find physicians to be kind and actually caring. Dr. Banwait made me feel comfortable, spent as much time as I needed explaining things and his staff were very helpful. Two times during my visits Dr. Banwait personally called me to communicate and this gesture was one of kindness, service and I felt he genuinely cared. I highly recommend Dr. Banwait.
