Lastly, this is the first dentist I've went to in over ten years and I am now terrified of the dentist. They also lied to me and told me that I have twelve cavaties (which I found out when I went to get a second dentist opinion about my prolonged swollen face). WHERE THEY JUST TRYING TO ROB ME??
Best office in Amarillo!! The doctors are awesome! The back staff are really nice & helpful :) The front desk is so nice, so welcoming!!
I am terrified that it may be permanently stuck like this. My used to be symmetrical face is now uneven.. not only did they leave my face deconstructed but when I CONTINUOUSLY returned to the dentist (because the pain after a month was so excruciating I was unable to attend classes, go too work or even resume any normal activity and my pain tolerance is extremely high) they treated me as if my condition was not serious. The first two times I returned they gave me no serious treatment and the third time I saw them that was actually with the dental specialist my time was completely wasted. He touched my cheek and after two minutes told me I had "muscle spasms."
THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!! My entire existence is difficult to continue and this man diagnoses me with "muscle spasms?" And I guess they were so tired of seeing me that they downplayed my illness and not one but two of the receptionist were extremely rude (even though I'd be in the waiting room rocking to subdue the pain their surgery left me in)
If I could give this dentist negative stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!! On July 21st I got four wisdom teeth removed. They had four doctors in the room, one to pull my teeth one to hand off tools one just watching and one doing any extra the doctor needed. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 21 AND MY FACE IS STILL SWOLEN & in pain!!
I had the best experience on my visit, the doctors were so friendly & helpful! I would recommend it to any of my friends & family! The orthodontist is so good, my girls are in braces and they love it! The staff are so nice! Now I have all the reasons to smile :-)
If you care about your well being, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!!! These people should be shut down.
