We had a great experience on more than one occasion. The hygienist was excellent and made my baby girl feel comfortable. The dentist was great as well. He was friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. We definitely recommend CDA.
If we could give 10 stars my husband and I would definitely give them to Dr. Metcalf! Our son Evan went to another dentist office in town and he had an absolute horrible experience which then caused him to have high anxiety. We heard about Dr. Metcalf and decided to give it a try. When we took our son in the check in was quick and easy and the hygienist came out and introduced herself to us personally and went over everything they had scheduled and allowed myself to go back and sit with Evan. They showed him every tool and explained what it was needed for and that really put him at ease. They were very gentle with him as they knew he did have anxiety and that was very impressive! My son did need some dental work and in order to get that done he needed some sedation and come to find Dr. Metcalf is specialized to do that in office and is one of the only pediatric dentist in town that does that and it is fully monitored which really is important! We brought Evan in the next day which was fantastic as he did not have to wait 6months for work to be done! After they finished his dental work they went over after care instructions and even called us later that day to check on him which shows me they truly cared about him and makes us at ease to. Now we are brining my other child in and we will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend this office as they are very professional, nice, and welcoming and Dr. Metcalf introduced himself and was very friendly and answered all my questions and even told me that if I had any other questions to call and he would be glad to answer them! Now when I mention to my son anything about the dentist he has no problem and says he likes Dr. Billy to look at his teeth!!!
Dr.Metcalf is amazing! My daughter had to have caps done and some cavities filled because the dentist at Koolsmiles never took xrays and kept saying her teeth were "perfect" lies! Thanks to Dr.Metcalf her teeth were taken care of. She was in no pain at all afterwards! Shes doing so well. Definitely would recommend!
